A new step forward, end of structural work for the JFK16 construction site in Esch-sur-Alzette !
As a reminder, this mixed-use project will consist of a first floor commercial space as well as 14 residential units, including two duplexes on the top floors.
Its realization required major preparatory work including the demolition of the existing building and the earthwork with peripheral shoring piles to ensure the stability of the surrounding buildings.

The structural work was carried out by Perrard, the project management by INEO.
