Your mission:
Your job will be to draw up bills of quantities, work budgets and specifications, and to ensure the financial follow-up of projects.
Profile required:
- You are a construction economist with at least 10 years’ professional experience on public and/or private projects in housing, schools, retail and offices.
- You have a good knowledge of the standards and legal frameworks in force in the Luxembourg market.
- You have a perfect command of spoken and written French.
- Experience in BIM methodologies and knowledge of sustainable construction are an advantage.
- You have the ambition to progress in your professional career and take on new challenges.
